The High Potential Scheme

The High Potential Scheme (HPS) is a nationally developed intervention designed to target NHS Bands 8a to 8d or equivalent grades. It will enable participating organisations across LLR to identify an inclusive talent pool and ensure effective development is provided which in turn supports recruitment, retention and effective system succession planning.

This two year programme, which supports national EDI leadership goals develops individuals through targeted interventions and is open to
anyone in the system who meets the criteria. Delegates will be required to move around the system to get the best possible learning experiences.
